The privacy of your personal information is important to the Retsel Group.

How does the Retsel Group collect and use my information?

The Retsel Group collects and uses your personal information to respond to your requests for information and to facilitate the processing of orders. Your personal information will only be used or shared to fulfill your request.

The Retsel Group collects personal information when you contact the Retsel Group with an order, question or suggestion in which case we collect your name, company name and e-mail address. We only use this information to process the order and/or resolve your question or concern.

When accessing the Retsel Group Web sites, we may give you the option of submitting other general information, such as how you heard about the Report Miner and the Retsel Group. Optional information is requested to help us better understand our visitors. If you have requested that we send you additional information regarding the Retsel Group, we may also use the optional information to fulfill this request.

Technical information

When you visit our Web site, the Retsel Group may collect technical information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. Do we use cookies, web beacons or third party advertisers?

Cookies

A 'cookie' is a small data file that a Web site may send to your browser and that your browser may then store on your system. We do not use cookies on the Retsel Group web site.

Web Beacons

The Retsel Group Web site does NOT use electronic images known as Web beacons, or clear GIFs to monitor the activity of our Web site. Used in combination with cookies, a Web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, usually no larger than 1 pixel x 1 pixel, which is placed on a Web site or in an e-mail that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the Web site or opening the e-mail.

Third Party Advertisers

The Retsel Group may use third party advertising companies to provide advertisements on the Retsel Group Web site. The Retsel Group does not control the actions of such Advertisers, beyond the placement of the ads on the web page upon which they appear. The Retsel Group does not allow advertisers which abuse our customer's privacy.

Does the Retsel Group share my personal information?

Unless we have your express consent, the Retsel Group will NOT sell, rent, loan, trade or lease personal information such as membership data or e-mail lists to any third party. We treat all information you provide as confidential.

If we collect your information and you are not presented with a choice, that indicates the information you submit will only be used to fulfill your request.
